New Baby! Isn't this just the cutest card!! I used a stamp set from
Mint Owl Studios called "Bundles of Joy." Copic markers were used to color
the images and a Simon Says Stamp Die called "Frames" to make the scalloped
circle which surrounds the "baby." The banner (popped up) is also from the "Bundles of Joy" set.
