Make A Wish II

Thank you Cindy (find her HERE) for sharing your new Sugar Pea Designs stamp set and dies with me. This set, Bring On the Cake, has lots of images and matching dies. We cut birthday cake layers out of stamped images and lots of confetti type embellishments for accent. This is the second card I made with this adorable cake!
