Day to Celebrate

Fabulous Florals is this week's Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. I recently purchased a large stamp from Penny Black called Good Neighbors and tried it for the first time. I used copic markers and mounted it on a top folding A2 card. The banner "It's Your Day to Celebrate" is from Hero Arts.
