I wanted to tie in the silver from the robot, so I added a strip I made myself with silver embossed powder on card stock and used that silver for embossing the sentiments. And I love my stencil with the gears for this MFT stamp set which is also from MFT! Thanks for checking out my blog today.
Welcome to my blog. Ten years ago I discovered that making cards was super fun. I keep learning as I watched many expert crafters and artists on the internet. Thanks for stopping by.

A Robot Birthday
After I colored some robots for fun with copic markers, I decided to make two birthday cards for boys since my stash is low. Here's the first one. Not being sure what design to use, I ended up following the Sketch for this week's My Favorite Things Wed Sketch Challenge 474. (see below.) I am also placing this on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge "Anything Goes."
