Christmas Card - 4 Square

Hello Blog Land,
Even though I didn't blog during 2018, I did make a few cards. Below is one I made for the holiday using one of the MFT dies which happens to be highlighted for their Dec. 26th Sketch Challenge 417 (see below.) So I will enter my card in the challenge. The images on the front are from various stamp/die sets (Hero Arts, Lawn Fawn, Mint Owl) colored with copic markets or water colored. Thanks for visiting!

I am going to enter this card in the SSS Wednesday Challenge also - it's ANYTHING GOES and you can see the entries HERE.

Alaska in August

My favorite pics from the Alaska Trip! (August 2018)

It's Your Day

I made this card for my son a while ago but never put it on the Blog! This was at the time when I decided to have "choices" for the insides of my cards. So, you will see below there are two occasions for which this card can be used, Father's Day or a Male Birthday!  All you have to do is pick one of the panels and glue it into the frame on the inside of the card and you're ready to go!

I am entering this card in the My Favorite Things Sketch Challenge # 141. HERE are some other cards which were entered.

A few elements on this card:  The tie is a Die Namics MFT set called "Terrific Ties;" I created the plaid paper (my first try!) from SSS stamp set called "Jumbo Stripes;" the holes were created using a die from Paper Smooches called "Dots and Dashes;"  and I can't find nor remember the stamp for the sentiment!

Sending Hugs After All This Time!

It's been ages since I posted a hand crafted card! Not my fault.... blame politics! Yes, like many others, I became involved and it took up a lot of my time.

But, now I have a card which turned out very cute, and I am entering it in MFT Sketch Challenge 414 which you can find HERE.

Some elements in this card: Copic colored little girl from MFT "Love is in the Air" stamp; "Sending Hugs" die from Honey Bee; a Martha Stewart Punch for the scalloped edges on the paper I created using a gelli press; cut out hearts from an old MFT Die Namics heart border. I decorated the envelope with a stamp and purple ink for a matching effect. Thanks for visiting my blog!
