Rainbows & Hearts

Here's another birthday card for a little girl using a stamp I purchased recently from 

My Favorite Things. The images are colored with copic markers. The hearts were cut out of paper 

I had previously "designed" using various paints and the Gelli plate. 

This is perfect for the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge "Something Feminine."
