The effort here went into the water coloring of the stamped image from Penny Black called "Deck the Halls." To embellish the focal point, I used Spellbinder's Scalloped Circle die in red to encircle the white card stock. I added the "Holly Leaf Branch" die cut from Poppy Stamps on the left corner and the tag with the sentiment from Concord & 9th. Thanks for visiting my blog today!
