This card was inspired by my grandson's birthday because he loves balloons!
Don't we all think of balloons when it's birthday time.
I used Simon Says Stamp "Celebration Time" to die cut the balloons out of pattern paper
and drew strings with a white gel pen.
The "happy birthday" greeting was die cut from My Favorite Things from white card stock.
