Thankful Friend

Here is another card for the My Favorite Things Sketch Challenge 247

This is the Pure Innocence "Thankful Friend" stamp set. A close up shows the little girl, colored using alcohol markers, masked off, then Distress Inks for the background. A little pattern paper and ribbon finishes the card.

Here is a close up of the central image which was colored using the Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers on Tim Holtz watercolor paper.

What's new...

Nothing new. Just got back from vacation. Didn't make any cards while I was away.

Happy 60 Birthday

This card was for a friend's friend... and I'm entering it in the 

Simon Says Stamp ....Monday Challenge

The background paper was created with Distress Inks. 

The balloons were stamped and I added the "60" 

with another stamp set. 

Adhered Happy Birthday with a shadow behind it and the balloon strings.

Beary Good

This card was for my friend Kathy S. when she retired from 30+ years of teaching!

One Layer Halloween

This one layer, multiple-step card started with one of my favorite techniques, ink blending. 

The blending is done after stamping and masking the images.

 For this card I used Inkadinkado masking paper and Tim Holtz Distress Inks.
Ooops, I forgot that I added the gold stars... but other than that, it's a one layer card!
